Seeding Peppers in a Flash

If you hate taking time to cut the pith and seeds out of bell peppers and their ilk, and you aren’t too concerned with clean cut lines and uniform pieces, try this next time.

Cut the pepper like you’re peeling it, keeping the knife edge just outside where you think the pith might be.

This way the seeds stay stuck to the pith and don’t get all over your counter, and the compostable parts of the pepper are all in one tidy piece.
